Yes. Your payment must be received before we can start on your masterpiece.
Each order is reviewed by the My Smart Shirt production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print. You’ll get an email with a picture proof to confirm that your order is just the way you want it before we process your order. Your items are then created and shipped by your discussed delivery date.
The My Smart Shirt team is very fast so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once you have approved your email proof. Please be very careful to proofread your order before confirming that you are submitting your order.
For most custom items, the standard production time is 12 to 15+ business days from when your proof is confirmed to when your order is ready for pickup. Shipped orders take 3+ weeks from when your proof is approved to when it arrives at your door. Need it faster? Let us know when you need it, and we will attempt to accommodate you. Please know that a guaranteed delivery date may incur additional fees.
